Have a delicious birthday

Hope you enjoyed those really nice days we just had. I was wondering if that was our Indian Summer Days. Well, lets hope not because we could use a few more nice days before that cold weather comes.

On to my card.
I need a birthday card, so why not make one.
I thought turquoise, mambo melon and black would look great together.
I love the turquoise and mambo melon together.
Isn't the border of hats and presents cute?
It is a Martha Stewart border punch.
And the first time to use it, too.
I like it and hope to use it again real soon.
I am not to fond of the cake stamp, but it worked.
Love the sentiment stamp. I got it from The Stamp Pad in Zoar, Ohio.
If you need to know who makes it, let me know, I will check my stamp and see what company it comes from and let you know.

That's it for now. Hope to see you in a day or two with a few more cards.
I am working on my next Card Class which is in a couple weeks.

Thanks for stopping by.

Make a wish

Love this card, it is so pretty. I made this card for a special friend. Happy Birthday Susan, I know it was a while ago, but just now getting the card on my blog for everyone to see. I used this card for one of my classes and everyone loved it and commented on how nice the card was. Some of the ladies even said it was there favorite for the day. The designer paper is so pretty. I need to look up the name of the company for the paper, I never can remember who makes the paper. I put the card on the computer in a different room then my scrappin room, so it is difficult to find out all the supplies that I use. The paper is really old and probably not available today. I sure wish I would have bought 25 sheets of it. I think this would make an awesome Christmas Card. Must be the red and olive green mixed together.
I stamped the Make a wish with the window word punch and layered it on red with the modern label punch. More dimensional here, too.
All the punches are from Stampin Up.
The squares are punched 1 inch with the design paper and 1 1/4 inch on the red card stock. I also pupped up the designer paper with a pop up. It gave the card a lot of dimension. With a black sheer bow and large green brads, wow this makes an awesome card.

Thank You for checking out my creations.
Please leave a comment, I cherish every one of them. It means a lot to me.

Love is for the Birds

Aren't these birds the cutest. and love the hearts.
I made this card an anniversary card. Love the sentiment.
Perfect for a couple love birds that are having an anniversary.
The love birds are from There She Goes Rubber Stamps along with the sentiment also. This is a great set of stamps. You can find them on the right side of my blog and click the name Jessica Knutsen. She is the owner of There She Goes. If you would like a set of these stamps, let me know. I can get them for you.
I colored the image with Tombow Markers.
My color combo is pink, yellow and blue. Totally awesome together.

Come back again to see more of my creations.

Sorry for MIA so long

So sorry for MIA so long, it has been a hectic 2 weeks. Just to much going on.
I hope to get some cards on here real soon.

Here is a card I made a couple weeks ago.
Thank you for checking back. Hope the next time it won't be so long.

I just love this Changito Monkey. He is a cutie and from Stampendous Rubber Stamps. And the blue and red is a great combo. I colored him with prisma watercolor pencils and a few markers.
I used a Darice Embossing folder to make the dots on the red layer of card stock. I think Darice makes the cutest Embossing Folders. Love, love love the gingham blue ribbon. Well, hope you liked my card and hope you come back real soon. Thank you for stopping by.
