Happy Birthday Tree

I saw this card on Dawn Easton's blog and loved it so much I had to case it. I changed a few things, but not much. Thank You Dawn for your inspiration. The card is awesome. I used the ever so popular Flower Soft. I think it is selling like hot cakes. And it makes your card so elegant and pretty. I love the stuff. And it comes in so many nice colors. This color is Sweet Pea and I also used the color of Heather on some of these cards. I did this card in my workshop and the ladies just loved it. They never used the flower soft before. The stamp is from Stampin Up called Thoughts and Prayers. Such a pretty stamp. Also using one of the Martha Steward border punches. I added gold sticker corners and soft lilac satin ribbon. Cardstock is Chocolate Chip, Lavendar and white.

Good Friends

I think this is the prettiest card. I love the little blue butterfly and the flowery background. It adds a lot to this card. This sentiment reminds me of older ladies making quilts. I live very close to the Amish, and I see this scene alot. I wish I had the time to quilt, I think I remember how, but no time for that. Anyway, the stamps are from Great Impressions and colored with the Tombow Markers. My cardstock is from my stash. I used lilac, deep purple, light blue and white. Added 2 lilac larger brads and popped up the butterfly. I even popped up the same color of butterfly on the inside too. Looked very nice.

Just buzzin by Birthday Card

How about a little bee for a great birthday card?
I think this card is adorable and perfect for the little one's birthday.
I used the Stampin Up's Just buzzin by stamp set.
Stripe paper is from my stash.
I used Bees Wax Shimmerz for the hive and colored pencils on everything else.
The shimmerz makes it so shimmery.

April showers bring May flowers

Another cutie from Great Impressions. The umbrella is so flowery and cute. I matted it on purple circle. Then I pop dotted the purple circle on the turquoise paper. I used gold dots from a sticker sheet to add to the scallop circle. Added a yellow polka dot tie knot and used the new scallop border punch from Stampin Up.

Hello Friend...Flower Flyer

Isn't this the cutest wagon. And with all the pretty flowers in it. Too cute. The sidewalk makes it interesting and matting it on an angle was perfect. This is how Great Impressions presented the stamp. I loved it and thought it would be a good seller for me using it the same way they showed it. My next time to use this stamp, I want to make the wagon red. This time, I needed to keep with the springy flowers. My background paper is made with the stamp that is the current Stamp of the Month from Great Impressions. Really adds to the card.

Happy Birthday Swing Cupcake Card

This card is made so that it swings up to open. Only the yellow cardstock moves up to reveal the sentiment, and in this card it says Happy Birthday. The Cupcake is adorable with all the sprinkles around it. The stamps are from Great Impressions. The designer paper is from my stash. I love the purple stripes and the yellow, makes a nice combination together.
Thanks for visiting my blog... Hope you enjoy all my creations.

What's your secret?

I like these colors and the style of this card, but I didn't know whether the Little Girl or the Lady would be more wanted in my Card Class.
What a choice to make here... Well, it was hard, but I chose the Little Girl and all the ladies loved the Little Girl.
And a couple of the ladies must have loved the little girl, because they purchased the stamps from me. Oh yeah, the inside says: For looking so good.
Let me know what your choice would have been.
Thank You for visiting my blog today.
Keep checking back, as I will be adding my new Card Class on here soon. And they are really cute cards. Thanks...

Happy Retirement

Here is a Happy Retirement Card I made for my cousin that is having a surprise retirement party the 11th of this month. I love the brown combo colors and the polka dot ribbon. Love this little old man, he is so cute. I choose the brown color mainly because it is for an older man, but I was wanting to use a soft blue. Oh well, I like how this card turned out with the browns. This is one of the new sets from Stampin Up. You got it, I don't know what the name of it is and I don't feel like hunting it up right now. I used Chocolate Chip brown and the stripe paper is from my stash. I used the new Stampin Up Scallop Oval for the sentiment. (which says: I still have a full deck I just shuffle slower). How awesome is that sentiment? Expecially for an older man.
