Engine #9 Happy Birthday

Another cutie from Great Impressions.
The engine #9 is popped up on the white scallop square, then layered several times. It made the engine stand out from everything else on the card. I added the crayons to the bottom of the card. And believe it or not, the crayons is tape that you would use on a present. I love that idea that I came up with. I added the circles with a string hoping it looked like a balloon. This card was my favorite to make with all the boys stamps I purchased this month.

All Boy Dump Truck

I love this dump truck stamp. And the red and black sets off the card. They are so bright together. I actually added real play sand to the card. And the word stamp is the Stamp Of The Month at Great Impressions this month. I guess you could say it is boy's month there.

Dino Party

And how cute is this card? Love the dinos. This would be perfect for the little one's birthday. With the added google eyes on the dinos really made them pop out on the card. Coloring was with Tombow markers. I added yellow ribbon the the side and red brads for extra bling to the card.
Inside says "Have a dino-mite birthday". Really cute. The Dino stamp is from Great Impressions.

Giraffe Baby Card

Giraffe Girl Baby Card

I made this giraffe baby card for the arriving new little one. Also I made it in blues for a boy baby. I stamped the word Baby on the silver ribbon using versafine black. And button brads for the wheels on the pull toy. The giraffe is from Great Impressions. The scallop circle is a punch from Punch Bunch and the plain circle punch is from Marvy.

Happy Birthday Candle

How about this Birthday Card - - - no stamping on the front.
I like the candle added to this card. So cute...
The only stamp added is the inside verse.
I used the Stampin Up Star Punch and also
the Martha Stewart border punch.
I mailed this to my cousin, (an elderly man)
and I think it was perfect for him. Man cards are so hard for me.

Happy Easter Cross

This is one of the cards for my February Workshop.
I thought I better get started on Easter,
because before you know it, it will be here.
Well, lets hope so...I am so done with all this
snow and cold weather.
I found the cross stamp at a craft store
and hoped it might make a nice card.
This is what I came up with by
adding flowers, leafy branch and rhinestones.
I traced around the cross with a lavender marker.
I think it is okay, but I somehow I thought it would turn out prettier.
The card is a Z-fold card and only the left half opens.
Inside says Happy Easter in gold sticker words.

Thanks for stopping by...

I have been busy getting my February Workshop ready and finally have it done. I hope to get them posted in the next couple of days. So please check back in a day or so and check them out. Let me know what your thoughts are. Thank You for stopping by.

Something to look at all year...

This is a calendar that I made in my January Workshops. I think it is awesome that you can use it for the whole year. You just have to untie the bow and turn the calendar to the inside and retie the bow. I used the Stampin Up A Tree for All Seasons Stamp Set and Bo Bunny Polka Dot Designer Paper. I added a few embellishments and done. I seen this on someone's blog, {sorry I don't remember whose design it is} and thought it was so cool, so if this is your design, Thank You for the inspiration.

Tilda with Hearts

Finally I got this card done, I have been working on it for awhile. I love these Magnolia Stamps. And the little girls are all so pretty. How did I do Sally? I think adding the red flower and the sprigs made the card awesome. Love how it turned out. Let me know what you think.

Get Well Buford

Isn't this mouse the cutest. His name is Buford.
He is from Great Impressions Rubber Stamps.
I know, I know it is a boy mouse and I used pink paper.
I just think the pastel colors are girly.
And my camera sure did make the card bright,
I tried to get it to tone down a little, but no luck with that.
The card isn't this bright.
The designer paper is from Bo Bunny.
I made this for one of my friends that had a cold and felt just lousy.
She just loved the card.

Dream a Little 2

This is the same card as below
only I used a different Martha Stewart border punch.
I don't know what one I like the best. They both look great with the cards.

Dream a Little

I got this Stampin Up Stamp Set awhile ago and thought I would see what I came up with. I liked it when I bought the stamp set, but it was very hard coming up with something. I love the Watermelon Paper and the ribbon. I used the cuttlebug folder textile on the white background paper and it needed something else, so I used the Martha Stewart border punch with the Watermelon Paper. I colored everything with the Tombow Markers since I don't have the copics yet. I think the card turned out okay, hope I can do a better card later with this set.

Flamingo Birthday

My friend loves Flamingos, so I made this card for her birthday.
Of course, it would make a cute Valentine Card with all the hearts on them.
Love the wild sunglasses on the Flamingos. To cute.
I colored them in with the Tombow Markers since I still don't have the copics yet.
The Flamingo stamp is from Great Impressions.

Happy Birthday

I just love this card. I used the Top Note Die from Stampin Up. There is so many things I have seen that you can do with the Top Note Die, it is amazing. Also I used the stamp set Inspired by Nature. This card is all Stampin Up except the Happy Birthday stamp and the ribbon. I seen this card on a blog, and I changed it a little bit, as to not copy your idea. So if this was your creation, thank you for your inspiration.
