With Love

An elegant Valentine's Day Card.

Yea, I think it is elegant and all the gold accents look make it that way.

I used the Cuttlebug heart folder. Then I added the red heart with the gold With Love Words, a small heart and corners which was all it needed. And of course a red bow. Done...

So Glad We're Friends

I did some floral punch art on this card. I punched out the flower and rounded the petals, then added the white snowflake (Stampin Up) and made a dip in the middle of the snowflake, added a lot of PVC Glue and dumped Flower Soft in the middle of the glue. Then punched out the pine sprigs to put around it. Then I mounted it on the square frame, which started out being 4 scallop squares (Stampin Up), taped them together to make 1 large frame, then added the black and white paper. Added the sentiments, ribbon and cloud 9 designer paper. The card base is white. Wow, lot of work, but I liked the results.

Happy Birthday (Jan)

Isn't this just adorable... I like all the blues on this card. You probably can't see them very well, but I put rhinestones in the flower centers. I made this card for my sister's birthday which was on Christmas Day. I know she liked it because she also likes blues. The flower stamp is from Great Impressions and I don't remember who the Happy Birthday stamp is from. I will look on the stamp if you are interested, just let me know. And the light blue paper border is punched from a Fiskars punch.

I Wish I Wish Valentine Card

Awe ! Isn't he the cutest...

Love the dog and he has a flower that he is picking the petals saying she loves me and she loves me not. So cute. And the Bo Bunny designer paper is also adorable. Stamps are from Great Impressions

Valentine Peacock Card

Is this an unusual bird.

I guess it makes a good valentine's card with the heart swirls.

Well, the colors look great together anyway.

My scanner is doing it's number again, it isn't that pink.

Valentine Zebra Card

Don't you just love Zebra's.

This is a nice Valentine Stamp, and I know I will use it alot more as Valentine's Day gets closer.

Looks real nice on the red cardstock and white dot papers.

I found the heart ribbon last year and had enough to use again this year.

Really goes great with the stamp because of the hearts in the corners.

Inside I added the stamp that says Be Mine on a big white heart.

Who Loves You Owl Valentine

I just love this owl stamp, it is my very first owl stamp.

He is cute and on the branch with the hearts, wow, just georgous.

I used watermelon, mint green and then Bo Bunny Designer paper.

I added the polka dot pink ribbon to add to the circles on the Bo Bunny paper.

The scalloped circle, I used a stardust pen to make the dots on the circles.

I made another card and used a black pen around the circles,

which I think the black shows up better and I do like the black dots better.

Wildflowers Friends Card

I like this flower stamp, and there is so much you can do with it.

I colored it with markers and sponged the edges with moss green ink.

I used a pale Teal card stock for my base.

Then I added the Friend tag and attached it to the ribbon with gold string.

Very cute card I think.

I used the cuttlebug folder to give my designer paper a different look.

Kind of like it, but I probably won't do this again with this paper.

Inside I stamped

This is one of the new stamp sets that Stampin Up is offering from the new catalog, that comes out January 19th.

The little bees are cute as can be. I added glitter to their wings.

Lots of things you can do with this stamp set.

I needed a fast card, so this is what I come up with,

next time I will not be in a hurry and come up with a better design.

Tiny Yawns

A cute baby girl card.

One card with rounded corners and the other card without rounded corners.

The moon is popped up from the white circle background.

Then I added gold dots around the yellow scalloped circle.

Stamps are from Great Impressions.

I just had to have this little guy, he is so cute.

I picked him up at the Strongsville Convention.

From the company Designs Unlimited.

I like the Lady Bugs he has in his hands.

And very easy to color, I used Tombow Markers.

The inside verse is "Friends no matter what !"

Happy Birthday Stars

Isn't this a different Birthday Card. Simple, but it worked for me.

Punched out the stars and matted them with Navy cardstock. I also added some Shimmerz on the stars to make them shine.

Navy Ribbon, and a simple Happy Birthday Stamp matted with Navy cardstock.

Is anyone ready for Thanksgiving again?

I just found this card laying on my

scrapping table and I thought

I did such a good job on it, I wanted you to see it.

I sure didn't want you to wait until next Thanksgiving to see it.

I love the colors and they go so well together.

The inside verse is a Thanksgiving one.

I'm so glad you're my friend

I like the herb stamp, it is so easy to color

and looks great.

After I colored the image, I versa marked the image

put clear embossing powder on it and heat set it, then

added some glitter ontop of that. So nice.

Added a bow and done.

Stamps are from Great Impressions.

Butterfly Tent Card

I must be stuck on Pink, a lot of cards that
has pink somewhere in them.
I don't know why my scanner changes the colors sometimes.
That ribbon isn't that shade of pink at all,
it is lighter and not so pink.
The gray color on top of the card is not on the card,
that is the scanner doing it's thing.
And the pink paper is actually a watermelon color.
One of these days I will get me a better way
to take pictures of the cards and not scan them on the computer.
Anyway this card is called a tent card
because of the scallop circle is half way above the card making it like a tent.
The butterfly stamp is from Stampin Up.

A Birdhouse Card

I made this a birthday card also. Instead of scalloped circle, I used scallop ovals. And the card opens with the green paper and the birdhouse. The pink is actually the inside of the card. Added the verse above where it opens and put the flower below the verses. I added glitter to all the flowers around the birdhouse. Looks very shinny. Really a nice card and different in style.

A Birthday Wish for you

The colors are great together in this card. And the hummingbird is really pretty. Stamps are from Great Impressions and colored with Tombow Markers. I added glitter to the center of the flowers, but it doesn't show up to well.

I did this card awhile ago and never got it posted yet. I love the flower paper and it worked well with the butterfly. All stamps are from Great Impressions.
