How about these Feather Lady Cards? I made these in a Floral Punch Art Class. These are the cutest ladies ever. There is a lot of Bling to them and so easy to make.
Paper: White for base of card, Green Mat and Scrap pieces for hat and body
Punches: 2 different Vases, Mc Gill Branch and Lips
Stickers: Hat and Border Trim
Bling: Pearls, Ribbon, Rhinestones and Feathers
