Thank You Asian Vase

I love the way this card turned out. And the colors are so nice together.
The flowers are stamped on the designer paper and then I colored them with a Tombow marker.
The vase I used water color pencils and then blender them.
And the last step was to add some crystal lacquer on the vase and pop dot it off the card.
I thought the card needed something else, so I added gold corner stickers and the Thank You.
I can't believe I did a card without ribbon or a brad.
Stamps: Great Impressions
Paper: My Minds Eye, Melon and dark Peach from my stash
Embellishes: Gold Corner Stickers

Luck O' the Irish

Inside of card

How is this card for the Lucky Irish person? Kink of cute. This green plaid paper is totally cute with the St. Patrick's Theme. I made this card like a Tent Card. I thought the larger circle would help out this card with all the green colors. Everything used was from my stash. The very green shamrocks were purchased at my local craft store. The stamps used were purchased probably 4 or 5 years ago and unless the name of the company is on the stamps, I couldn't tell you where they were from. If interested let me know and I will see if there is a company name on the stamps. I didn't pay any attention to the stamp when I made this card.

Valentine Gift Card

Valentine's day is here and almost gone. Thought I would show you a different card. Or at least I never seen one like it before. I couldn't get a picture of the opening of the card, but that is where it is so different. When you open the card up, it has a cut off of a lunch bag inside the card and that is where you put the gift card. It is so neat. You use 3 1/2 inches of a lunch bag and tape it to both sides of the card and when you open the card, the lunch bag is stuck to both sides of the card and there is the lunch bag pocket with the gift card visible. And you can get lunch bags in so many different colors, you can pick the occasion and them get the right color of bag for this type of card. So cute.

Happy Valentine's Day

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE ...

Hope you had a nice Valentine's Day. Mine was just great.
I made this card to share with you for today.
I love elephants and collect them as my other hobby.
The last count of my elephants was 300 plus. So no wonder I have this stamp set.
I made this card from a tutorial on Beate's blog.
I thought this stamp set would make a nice Step Card.
So here is my try at making it.
I like how it turned out.

For Someone Special

I made this over the Christmas Holidays and I just know found the pictures of it. So I thought I would show you how pretty it turned out.
I never made something like this before and I truly amazed myself when it turned out so pretty. I think this is a keeper for me.
I took a piece of cardboard and run it through the cuttlebug cutting out the Top Note Die Cut. Then I sandwiched the cardboard between 2 pieces of paper. Then I made the box and put the Top Note Cuts on top and the bottom of the box. Made the sentiment from the oval scallop, added the silk flowers and the leaves. Very pretty I might say.
Stamp sentiment from Great Impressions
Red Satin Ribbon
Pearl Brads
Paper is from Bo Bunny and my stash

Hoppin' Over To Say Hello...

Isn't this a cute Frog... I think he is adorable. I seen this card on Tammy's blog and loved it. And my sister needed a Leap Year Birthday Card for a friend, so I made this one for her.

I used a Happy Birthday stamp, but I stamped the Happy first and then I stamped the Birthday a little below the Happy. I have a very small alphabet set and I did the Leap Year with them in the middle of the other two. I think it looks okay, but I sure wish the Leap Year font matched the Happy Birthday font. Then I stamped the frog again in the bottom corner after stamping on a scrap piece of paper so he wouldn't look so bold.

Stamp: I am thinking it was Penny Black
Paper: from my stash
Embellishments:
Green gingham ribbon, Martha Stewart border punch
Coloring with Tombow Markers.
